| | Trying Semagic - what I can't see, unfortunately, is how you get it to post to more than one journal autometically. How do you add a Dreamwidth account and post to both? | comments: Leave a comment |
| I use Semagic to post to LJ, but - though I also have a DW account - I'd always assumed that Semagic was specifically for LJ. The Semagic Help says "Semagic is a client application for weblogs (online journals) that are based on LiveJournal engine". I think DW uses its own engine, which would seem to imply that Semagic can't be used with it. Under "Journal" on the Semagic menu bar, there's a "Post to multiple journals" item, but it looks as though all of them have to be LJ journals.

| | Dreamwidth uses a version of the Livejournal engine, I believe, so hopefully there's a way to do it. That's what someone suggested anyway. | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
