Meme-Free Zone - My second of fame

| Yes! My name was on the credits at the end of Everybody Was Kung-Fu Fighting!
Unfortunately that's pretty much all I'll see of it tonight, since it was running at the same time as Being Human and I was watching that, but hopefully my hard disk recorder will have got the rest - I'll take a look tomorrow. If not there's always BBC Iplayer, I hope... | comments: Leave a comment |
| | Congratulations! Given the way they often mess with the credits nowadays in order to plug some future programme, you were lucky to be able to see your name. | | (Reply) (Thread) |
| | Yes, they shrank for a second then came back full size in the nick of time. | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| For some reason, the HD showing of Being Human is on Wednesday late at night, so I was actually watching the previous episode last night. (I have an HD box, so I want to make the most of it.)
As a subject, I was not interested in watching the programme, but I did switch to it at the end to see your name in the credits. | | (Reply) (Thread) |
| | The little bit of film I saw at the end looked interesting, so I'm hoping it'll be enjoyable. | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| | Except everyone who doesn't read this will think it's the other Marcus Rowland that's a production director, I suspect. | | (Reply) (Parent) (Thread) |
| | I finally got time to watch it tonight. I thought it was quite good, but frustrating that it made passing mention to the incorporation of existing European techniques without really recognising that they were as involved, and they certainly missed a trick at the end when including the reawakening of interest in our European heritage of martial arts could have closed the circle nicely. Thanks again for the heads up, or I'd have missed it. | | (Reply) (Thread) |
