Looking at the first 20 lenses to come up (cheapest first) when I enter 200mm f3.5 on eBay, the one I'm selling is currently the cheapest and the only one where the vendor has bothered to take pictures WITH the lens, rather than of it, to show what the results are like.
With the 50mm lenses mine is third (first result is a new listing with marginally cheaper postage, second is an empty box) and again nobody else in the first 20 has pictures taken with the lens.
You might think that there isn't much point buying a second-hand lens without an idea of its performance, but apparently a lot of people disagree.
I would feel smug about this except that I somehow spelled "Jena" as "Jenar" in the 50mm listing, and can't change it now because someone already bid!
