Another RPG Bundle Offer - Jovian Chronicles

This is a repeat offer, previously available in March 2018

https://bundleofholding.com/presents/Jovian2020

"Jovian Chronicles from Dream Pod 9 is set in the 23rd Century, when humanity has established colonies on or around most planets of the Solar System. More than a century earlier, the economy of Earth collapsed, leaving the planet unable to care for its offworld colonies. The colonies became independent settlements. But now the new, militaristic Earth government has aggressive policies that are building tension with the settlements. In this turbulent era, can the players prevent war? Or will they cause it?

Inspired by classic science fiction and giant-robot anime, Jovian Chronicles takes you beyond Earth to a Solar System on the brink of war -- a time of excitement, promise, and danger. Meet a rich cast of characters, employ tons of anime-style weapons and vehicles, visit exotic locales, and possibly alter the destiny of the Jovian Confederation and the human race.

Revived from March 2018, this comprehensive offer features the 1997 Jovian Chronicles Second Edition and most of the support line. We provide each ebook complete in .PDF (Portable Document Format). Like all Bundle of Holding titles, these books have NO DRM (Digital Restrictions Management), and our customers are entitled to move them freely among all their devices.

Ten percent of each purchase (after gateway fees) goes to this offer's pandemic-related charity, Direct Relief. Direct Relief gets protective gear and critical care medications to health workers, with emergency deliveries daily to medical facilities across the US and to regional response agencies across the world.

The total retail value of the titles in this revival is US$133. Customers who pay just US$14.95 get all eight titles in our Starter Collection (retail value $56.50) as DRM-free .PDF ebooks:

Those who pay more than this revival's threshold (average) price, which is set at $24.95 to start, also get our entire Bonus Collection with eleven more titles worth an additional $76.50, including the Jovian Chronicles Companion (retail $7.50); four more Planet Sourcebooks (Mercury, Venus, Mars, and Jupiter, total retail $23); all three Ships of the Fleet volumes (1: Jovian Confederation, 2: Jovian Confederation, and 3: CEGA, total retail $19) cataloguing spacecraft from the Jovian Confederation and Earth's government, CEGA; the campaign sourcebook The Chaos Principle (retail $6); the Jovian Chronicles Gamemaster Handbook & Screen (retail $6); and The Art of Jovian Chronicles Volume 1 (retail $15), a gorgeous full-color 220-page gallery of cover art, characters, exo-armors, vehicles, spacecraft, and more from the entire Jovian Chronicles line.

(Note: These .PDFs are image scans of the original 1990s print copies with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) applied. Text is light but readable; the designer credits in some books are blurry.)

Last time around I said:

I'm a bit undecided on this one - it looks pretty, especially if you like anime and mecha, and there's a lot of world-building in it, but it belongs to the school of world building that exists largely to give characters reasons to wear combat armour, drive mechas, and blow sh*t up, and I'm not convinced that necessarily goes with the idea of an interplanetary civilization that's capable of colonizing most of the solar system. Opinions differ, of course, and if you like this sort of thing there's definitely a lot here for your money. It isn't really my cup of tea, but I'm recommending it anyway because I know I'm not the intended audience, and I think others will love it. As usual I have to stress that your mileage may vary.

I don't really see any reason to change that.
