Flatland First Draft Complete!

I'm delighted to say that I completed the first draft of The Original Flatland Role Playing Game a couple of hours ago, and will be putting it on line for play-testing etc. very shortly. Since this is a new project I'm going with a new directory, password, etc., and will be contacting all the usual suspects ASAP. If you don't hear from me and think you should be on the list, please get in touch.

I'm aware of a couple of problems, which are down to this not being created by Adobe; it doesn't display properly in OS-X preview (use Acrobat), there are no links to chapters, and page 35 (which has a lot of sideways text) displays sideways and prints upside down! This will be sorted before the final release. I hope...

Anyway, it's come out as 92 pages with 49 pages pf actual gaming material - the rest is Abbott's book. It's a 2.8 MB download, and I'm thinking of asking $4.99 for it; comments on pricing would be appreciated, bearing in mind that the goal is to make money for charity.

Happiness isn't....

...noticing, four hours after you've put your new RPG on line, that you've used the same word twice in the labelling of one of the illustrations, and spelled it wrong the second time.

So for anyone who notices... yes, I'm aware that it's gases, not gasses.
