Went looking for images on line but they were all bitmaps, so I ended up designing one in Corel Draw then shrank it down to really tiny. It took forever, largely because I was determined to get the scales as near to right as possible without actually measuring much... Here's a screen grab of that part of the plan - the desk as a whole is about 1.5" wide...
Later: improved the slide rule so it isn't too dark at the more crowded end of the scale, and added a compass and a set of log tables.
Incidentally, in case you were wondering the writing on the chart reads something like "if you can read this you are way too close the quick brown dog pick of peppers."
In other news, not a hope in hell of seeing the Lunar eclipse tonight - solid cloud all evening. So it goes.
