As I understand it, someone has also cracked BluRay to the extent of disks being copiable onto BluRay media, but you need a modified drive.

Can't say I'm very surprised.

Me, I''m sticking to ordinary DVD, at least until I've worked my way down the pile of disks I haven't yet watched. And until I'm sure that bloody Sony won't keep changing things.
